1. Services

shivAddis Holistic Massage offers professional holistic massage sessions dedicated exclusively to relaxation, well-being and personal growth.
Important notice: Our sessions are not erotic, sexual, or adult in any way, nor are they intended as medical or therapeutic treatments. They are wellness experiences designed to promote harmony of body, mind, and spirit through relaxation and conscious touch.

2. Appointments

• New clients: We kindly ask you to contact us by phone for your first appointment so we can recommend the massage experience best suited to your needs.

• Regular customers: Appointments can be requested by phone or WhatsApp.

• Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed after our confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Delays

• We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• In case of delay, the session may be shortened without a price reduction.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of the session.

• We accept cash and (where available) electronic payments.

5. Health & Responsibility

• We ask that you inform us in advance of any health conditions or injuries relevant to the session.

• Our sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, always consult a qualified physician.

6. Privacy

Your personal data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used exclusively for managing appointments and communicating with shivAddis.
